Do you accept private health rebates?
As a Remedial Therapist I am registered with most Health Funds.
Please feel free to get in touch if you are unsure what you may be covered for.
-
How often should I get a massage?
Short answer: Once a month.
It is always beneficial to receive regular treatment, before you develop symptoms. Monthly treatment is a good timeframe to schedule appointments as a majority of people need treatment at the end of this period. It helps you stay connected to your body and check in with it regularly, before the niggles have a chance to alter any biomechanics. -
How long an appointment should I book?
Standard treatments are usually 60 minutes.
If you have a specific area you want addressed in addition to a broad treatment, it is recommended you book 90 minutes.
Long appointments are recommended for new clients.
